This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and any capitalised terms used in this policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Delivery and acceptance
    1. Delivery of the Products is taken to occur at the time that:
      1. you, or your nominated carrier takes possession of the Products; or
      2. the Products are delivered to your nominated address, even if you are not present at the address.
    2. You agree that you will take delivery whenever the Products are delivered (even if not at the estimated time or date). If you are unable to take delivery of the Goods at the time that they are delivered, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
    3. Unless you have selected ‘authority to leave’, if there is no one available for acceptance of a delivery, we may refuse delivery and charge you reasonable fees for storage and re-delivery.
    4. If you select 'authority to leave' or request that the Products be left at or outside of your delivery address, we are not liable for any loss to you, including if the Products are stolen or become damaged due to being left outside. 
  2. Delivery areas
    1. Delivery of Goods is available anywhere in New Zealand.
    2. Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O. box address
  3. Delivery charges
    We always show the delivery fee at the checkout so you know your total order cost right away. The delivery charges will be automatically calculated and will be included as a separate line in your order.
  4. Customer details
    1. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
    2. If you have provided incorrect delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided that your Products have not been dispatched, we will attempt to update the delivery address, however, please note that this may not be possible or it may result in additional delivery or re-delivery fees. We will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect details.
    3. You acknowledge and agree that we may elect to not deliver Products to the delivery address where we reasonably believe that the Products are likely to be stolen or damaged, or we deem the delivery address to be unsafe for any reason. In this case, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
  5. Delivery timeframes
    1. Please see the estimated delivery timeframes set out below, depending on your area.

      Metro Areas From 1 - 3 business days if ordered before midday.
      Rural Delivery From 3 - 5 business days

       

    2. You acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates only and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any delay in delivery of an order.
    3. Please note the above timeframes may be affected by the COVID-19 alert levels.
  6. Lost or damaged orders
    If you have not received your order within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at customer.service@goodpharm.co.nz or read our FAQs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for orders that have been marked as 'delivered'.
  7. Amendments
    This policy may be amended from time to time by Goodpharm and the amended version will be effective from the date it replaces the earlier version on the Website.
